Who can forget their trademark dish holder, though not really sure how this really helps. Ha
A very interesting side dish, why i say so firstly the nacho chips are freshly fried, i could still taste the dripping fried oil while eating with the salsa sauce. Not that i am really a fan of it but just cant resist something so freshly made. Usually i am not really a salad guy but surprisingly it went well with this dish, perhaps the fresh salad brought a new taste and cooling feeling to dough the heat of all the fried dishes.
The fish bites were kind of slightly over coated with the flour, bites were too crispy for my liking and meat proportion wasn't really too generous. But with 3 different kind of sauces namely salsa, tartar and sweet and sour. Taste wise was plentiful and refreshing since every bite can be dipped into different sauces
Bring in the batter formula~~~!!! Fish and Co will rule the ocean market for quite sometime to come with its traditional huge ass piece of meat (which in this case is fish lah)
It is a pity i didnt take the picture of the menu, there was like 8 differnt kind of fish and chips choices. I was really torn into which one should i take, not to mention not really sure which taste would be the best.
Just the different sauces could have given me a field day in fish n co.
Today i chose the swiss flavour, to be honest. They all taste the same garlic butter cheesy taste which was fantastic. With every bite mashed in garlic and tartar i wasnt sure what i was putting into my mouth other than it tasted damn GOOOD.
